Crabs, delicious, traife crabs…

In honor of Earth Day (explained here) my favorite Chesapeake Bay memory is a food memory.  I love that when you dig into fresh steamed crabs, they fight back.  The shells  make small cuts in my hands, while the Old Bay on the shells  then make them burn like crazy.  It brings a whole new meaning to the phrase “hurts so good.”

Now do the little suckers a favor and help save the Bay.
