Its doppelganger week over at Facebook. I still have yet to truly find a good celebrity look-alike, but for a time I got to endure Sarah Silverman related nicknames (Rachel Silverman and Rachel Macaroon) due to our shared sense of the profane and funny. So with that, I present my slightly NSFW doppelganger:
